Desert Safari Tours Dubai with Pickup & Drop-off

Desert Safari Tours

Plan your desert safari in Dubai with GO Bus Rental. We help families, private groups and companies arrange pickup, return transport and a safari quotation suited to their date and group size. Tell us whether you need transport to a booked desert camp or a safari package with activities.

Private and Group Desert Safari Transport

For larger parties, a van or coach can keep the group together on the road journey to the agreed meeting point or camp access area. Dune driving requires a suitable 4×4 safari vehicle and a separate confirmed arrangement. A bus or Toyota Hiace is used for road transfers, not dune bashing.

Browse our bus and van rental fleet, including Toyota Hiace vans and larger coaches. We will confirm passenger capacity, pickup access and the transfer arrangements for the selected camp before booking.

Choose Your Dubai Desert Safari Experience

Ask about morning or evening options, private transfers and corporate group outings. Depending on the selected package, activities may include dune driving, sandboarding, a camel experience, sunset stops, dinner or entertainment. These are options to discuss, rather than guaranteed inclusions in every booking. Availability, timings and the camp programme must be confirmed for your chosen date.

If you prefer a relaxed camp visit without dune driving, make this clear in your enquiry. Share the ages of children, mobility needs and any assistance required so the team can check suitable arrangements with the safari operator. Request the activity rules and suitability information before confirming your programme.

Desert Safari Prices: What to Confirm

The price depends on your date, number of guests, private or shared arrangements, pickup area, vehicle, camp and selected activities. Request a written quotation that distinguishes road transport, 4×4 activities, camp entry, meals and optional extras. Quad bikes, dune buggies, premium seating and other upgrades should only be treated as included when listed in the quote.

Confirm whether driver, fuel, Salik, parking, waiting time and 5% VAT are included. For a company outing, share the full pickup list and return schedule. Multiple hotels, remote pickup areas or extended waiting can change the price. An enquiry does not reserve a vehicle or safari place until availability and booking terms are confirmed.

Hotel Pickup and Return Arrangements

Send your hotel or residence location, number of passengers, preferred date and contact number. Our team will agree on the pickup point and reporting time. Coach access can be restricted at some properties, so an alternative nearby boarding location may be needed. Keep the group ready together to protect the agreed schedule.

Desert Safari Booking Questions

Can I book transport only?

Yes, request a transfer quotation and provide the camp name, precise meeting point and confirmed programme times. We will check vehicle access and the route before accepting.

Is dinner included?

Dinner is included only if your chosen package lists it. Ask about the menu, dietary requirements, seating and any additional charges before booking.

Can we combine a city tour and safari?

Send your preferred itinerary and ask for a combined schedule. Our Dubai city tour service can be quoted separately or alongside the safari arrangements, subject to timings.

How do I request a quote?

Send a desert safari booking enquiry or WhatsApp +971 52 736 6525 with your date, guest count, pickup area and preferred activities. For destination inspiration, see the official Visit Dubai guide.
